What do I need in order to use the ORCREDIT interface?

In order to use the ORCREDIT interface, you need will need:
- Calyx Point version 3.6 or higher
- Microsoft Windows 95 or later (including Windows NT 4.0 and 2000)
- The ORCREDIT Interface (available at the Download Center)
- An active Old Republic Credit Services account

Will ORCREDIT work on my Windows 3.x and DOS systems?

No. ORCREDIT was designed for systems running Microsoft Windows 95 and higher.

How do I configure the ORCREDIT interface?

You will be given the opportunity to setup your account information when you install ORCREDIT.
If you need to change this information at a later date, run C:\ORCREDIT\ORCCFG.EXE.

How do I know if ORCREDIT is installed properly?
|
|
From within POINT, open up a borrower file. Go to the "Interface" menu and select
"Credit Reporting ....". The "Credit Report Interfaces" list should pop up. If ORCREDIT
is properly installed there will be an X next to "Old Republic Credit Services".

I already have a version of ORCREDIT on my computer (I think). Is it safe to install a new copy?

Yes, but be aware that you will have to re-enter your login information for security reasons.

I have OldRepublicCredit.com in my vendor list. Is this different than
Old Republic Credit Services?

Yes. You have an older version of the ORCREDIT interface. Download and install a newer copy from the
Download Center.
